Patrick Ogle

patrick_ogle.jpgBorn in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Patrick Ogle began his ballet training at the School of Ballet Oklahoma at the age of eight. During the summer of 2000, Ogle participated in American Ballet Theatreâs Summer Intensive Program and joined ABTâs Studio Company that same year. He became a member of the Companyâs corps de ballet in August 2002.

Ogleâs repertoire includes roles in all of the Companyâs full-length ballets.

Lois Ribagorda

lois_ribagorda.jpgBorn in Madrid, Spain, Luis Ribagorda began his dance training at the age of seven at the Real Conservatorio Professional de Danza de Madrid where he studied classic, contemporary and Spanish dance and music with such renowned dance teachers as Victor Alvarez and Lázaro Carreño.

In May 2001 Ribagorda took part in the Castellón Contest where he won two scholarships to study with the Compañia Nacional de Danza 2 and the Nederlands Dans Theater II. In December of that year, he won first prize in the Junior Category at tha Zaragoza International Dance Contest.

In the summers of 2001 and 2002, Ribagorda was chosen to appear in the Europa Dance Project where he performed roles in George Balanchine’s Allegro Brillante, William Forsythe’s New Sleep, Nacho Duato’s Na Floresta, John Neumeier’s Petrouchka Variations, as well as Michel Fokine’s Petrouchka, Jir’ Kylián’s Songs of a Wayfarer and Marius Petipa’s Raymonda and Don Quixote.

Maria Riccetto

maria_riccetto.jpgA native of Montevideo, Uruguay, Maria Riccetto began her ballet studies in 1990 at the Uruguay National Ballet School. In 1995, she was hired as a professional dancer by the national ballet company, S.O.D.R.E, where she danced pieces by Rodolfo Lastra, Ivan Tenorio and Jaime Pintos, among others.

In 1998, Riccetto was named "Revelation of the Year" by Washington Roldan, a well-known dance critic in Uruguay, and she received the Elena Smirnova Prize, awarded by Argentine ballet reviewer Enrique Honorio Destaville. Also in 1998, Riccetto received a full scholarship at the North Carolina School of the Arts, where she danced in Grand Pas Romantique, choreographed and staged by Fernando Bujones and Intermezzo, choreographed by Eliot Feld, as well as the roles of the Sugar Plum Fairy and the Snow Queen in the School‰s production of...

Arron Scott

arron_scott.jpgRaised in State College, Pennsylvania, Arron Scott started his training at the Ballet Theatre of Central Pennsylvania at nine. He has danced on full scholarships at American Ballet Theatre, Pacific Northwest Ballet School and the School of American Ballet summer programs as well as being 2002-2003 ABT National Training Scholar. Scott trained for two years at the School of American Ballet where he was awarded a Rudolf Nureyev Scholarship.

Scott joined ABTâs Studio Company in September 2003 and the main Company as a member of the corps de ballet in April 2004.

Scottâs repertory with the Company includes the Neapolitan Dance in Swan Lake, the Goat pas de deux in Sylvia, Masks in VIII as well as roles in the full-length ballets.

Craig Salstein

craig_salstein.jpgBorn in Miami, Florida, Craig Salstein began his training at the Ballet Academy of Miami at the age of eight and continued his training with the Miami City Ballet. In 1995, he was the Grand Champion of Ed McMahon‰s Star Search. For two summers he trained with The Joffrey Ballet, the School of American Ballet and American Ballet Theatre‰s Summer Intensive as a National Training Scholar. He then went on to dance with Miami City Ballet where he holds the record for performing the Nutcracker-Prince for four years and has the distinction of dancing the role in Scotland when Miami City Ballet became the first American company to present the production overseas.

Salstein joined American Ballet Theatre‰s Studio Company in 2000 and was promoted to the main company in April 2002. He is also one of a set of triplets.

Eric Underwood

eric_underwood.jpgBorn in Washington, D. C., Eric Underwood began his dance training at the Suitland High School for the Arts under Barbara Marks. At 14, he continued his studies with Barbara Marks and Dance Theatre of Harlem instructors, which included Frederic Franklin and Arthur Mitchell. Underwood also studied as a scholarship student at the School of American Ballet, where his instructors included Stanley Williams, Peter Boal and Suki Schorer. He performed in the 1998 and 1999 School of American Ballet workshops as well as participated in Suzanne Farrellâs Summer Intensive at the Kennedy Center.

Underwood joined Dance Theatre of Harlem in 1999 and was promoted to soloist in 2002. At DTH, he was featured in Le Corsaire and The Four Temperaments. Prior to joining Dance Theatre of Harlem, he danced with Pacific Northwest Ballet, where he was featured in Balanchineâs Chaconne and Kevin Odayâs Sound Around Dance. He also was invited to guest as a principal with The Royal Ballet in London.

Underwood joined American Ballet Theatre as a member of the corps de ballet in August 2003. His repertoire with the Company includes the Arabian dance in The Nutcracker, the Spanish Dance in Swan Lake, a leading role in workwithinwork and a featured role in Within You Without You: A Tribute to George Harrison, as well as roles in all the full-length ballets.

Roman Zubrin

roman_zubrin.jpgRoman Zhurbin was born in Moscow, Russia and came to the United States at 13. He began his ballet training at 15 at LaGuardia High School under the direction of Michelle Mathesius, Joey Smith, Michele Benash and Eddie Shelman. During his high school years Zhurbin also trained at Studio Maestro with Francois Perron, Debra Wingert and Marina Stavitskaya. In 2003, he attended American Ballet Theatreâs Summer Intensive Program and was asked to join ABTâs Studio Company.

Zhurbin joined American Ballet Theatre as an apprentice in April 2004.
